John Allen is non-executive Chairman of hSo and a trustee of WildInvest, a conservation charity. John has also led the development of the property and financial services work at ARC.

In 1988 he established ARC Associates in the USA and the primary focus on the Telecommunications, Information Technology and Media industries began in 1990 when he moved to Europe.

John is a graduate of the University of Canterbury, New Zealand, with a M.A. (Honours) degree in Political Science.
